MCP advised Cheltenham Borough Council on their successful purchase of 232-234 High Street Cheltenham.
The complex acquisition involved acquiring two separate freehold titles from private landlords with both retail units leased to the sitting tenant, Poundland. The asset was acquired by the Council as part of a long-term regeneration strategy for the Minster Quarter in Cheltenham.
MCP advised Cheltenham Borough Council on their successful purchase of 211 High Street Cheltenham on confidential terms. The prominent retail unit was let to Café Nero on a long term lease and acquired as a stand alone investment.
MCP advised The NFU Mutual on their successful disposal of the Adidas Distribution Centre, Trafford Park. The 175,000 sq. ft. distribution was acquired by the sitting tenant, Adidas International Trading BV on confidential terms.
