Philip jointly founded Martin Commercial
Property in 2010 along with his late father
Bob. Prior to this, Philip worked for a number
of national surveying practices in Leeds
and Birmingham.
Chartered since 2007, Philip has sector
experience in Commercial Asset Management,
Investment and Development. His focus
is assisting landlords, investors and
developers in maximising potential
performance from their real estate assets
through either active asset management or
commercial development.
In his spare time, if not with his family, he
can be found cursing his golf clubs or
Aston Villa Football Club.
NIKKI KONTARINES
Director
Nikki has been with Martin Commercial Properties Ltd for over 10 years and is responsible for the business development of the company. Her principal focus is assisting with the strategic management of The Brewery Quarter in Cheltenham on behalf of NFU Mutual Insurance Society Limited.
Acting as a consultant to select clients, Nikki also coordinates new site acquisitions. Current clients include Puttshack, State of Play Hospitality – for their Bounce and HiJingo concepts and Kindred Concepts (F1 concept).
In her spare time, Nikki enjoys spending time with her young family, playing netball and having some downtime with her friends and enjoying a bottle of champagne!
