MCP was appointed Development Manager by the NFU Mutual to deliver the £30m regeneration scheme of 233-269 High Street, Cheltenham to form Phase II of The Brewery Quarter. This town centre development comprises 70,000 sq. ft. of prime retail accommodation, 40,000 sq. ft. of Grade A office, a 104 bedroom hotel and 34 apartments.
The instruction was on the basis of an all-encompassing role from initial project feasibility through to construction and subsequent tenant occupation. Key lettings were secured with Urban Outfitters, Cosy Club, Premier Inn and SLG.
The phased development commenced in 2014 and completed in summer 2017.
Having successfully secured an 11,000 office pre-let to THB Global for Unit C The Brewery Quarter, MCP has successfully managed the £1m office fit-out. Completed in November 2018, the suite provides some of the best Grade A office accommodation in Gloucestershire.
