Acting as a retained Consultant to established UK real estate advisory firm, KLM Real Estate, MCP provide strategic Asset Management advice to Areli Real Estate to enable the long term regeneration of the Walnuts Shopping and Leisure Centre in Orpington.
Having been appointed in 2019 MCP have assisted KLM Real Estate with securing flexible lease options with all 35 commercial tenants to enable the landlord to secure vacant possession of the centre by 2025 whilst maximising Net Operating Income from the asset.
Acting as a retained Consultant to established UK real estate advisory firm, KLM Real Estate, MCP provide strategic Asset Management advice to Areli Real Estate to enable the long term regeneration of the Nicholsons Shopping Centre in Maidenhead.
Appointed in January 2023 MCP are assisting KLM Real Estate with maximalising Net Operating Income from the asset through the implementation of short term letting solutions for vacant units and securing existing tenant retention by agreeing lease renewals/re-gears to minimise landlord shortfalls.
