Philip is a Chartered Surveyor and Managing Director of Martin Commercial Properties, which he co-founded in 2010 alongside his late father, Bob Martin.

His experience covers predominantly asset and property management across a broad range of commercial real estate sectors, with a particular focus on multi-let retail and leisure assets. He has developed a strong track record in improving operational performance, enhancing occupier experience, and driving long-term asset value through proactive management and clear commercial strategy.

Philip has extensive experience of service charge management, including initial set-up, budgeting, tenant apportionment, cost control, and administration across multi-let commercial assets.

Philip is focused on helping landlords, investors, and developers maximise performance through practical, hands-on management and commercially grounded decision-making.

Outside of work, Philip spends time with his family and can occasionally be found on the golf course or following Aston Villa Football Club.

Nikki is a Director at Martin Commercial Properties Ltd and has been with the business since its inception in 2010. She has led the strategic management of a £150m real estate portfolio on behalf of investor clients, focusing on long-term value growth, asset optimisation, and commercial performance.

She has played a key role in the strategic management of The Brewery Quarter in Cheltenham for the NFU Mutual Insurance Society Limited. Alongside this, Nikki has advised leading leisure and hospitality brands on new site acquisitions and growth strategies,including Puttshack, State of Play Hospitality (Bounce and Hijingo), Raceway Trading Ltd (F1 Arcade), and most recently Poolhouse.

Nikki now serves as Global Franchise Director for F1 Arcade, coordinating the brand's international franchise expansion and working with franchise partners and internal teams to deliver new locations worldwide.

Outside of work, Nikki enjoys spending time with her young family, playing golf, socialising with friends, and relaxing with a bottle of champagne.
