The award-winning independent brewery and hospitality operator Siren Craft Brew has selected The Brewery Quarter in Cheltenham for its first venue outside Berkshire, taking over the destination's last remaining unit later this year.

Popular Irish hospitality brand Katie O'Brien's Irish Tavern will be opening its newest venue at the destination later this year.  Renowned for its lively atmosphere, live music, premium drinks, big-screen sporting action and warm Irish welcome, Katie O'Brien's will be opening later this year.

The successful Project Delivery of this landmark destination further demonstrates MCP's expertise in delivering and advising on complex, high-profile leisure and hospitality projects.

MCP successfully completed the Project Delivery for Poolhouse's new venue at Liverpool Street, London. Poolhouse has reimagined the classic game of pool, transforming it into a dynamic, interactive entertainment experience that combines innovative gameplay with a vibrant social atmosphere.

Appointed by NFU Mutual in April 2025, MCP now provide Asset & Property Management services to Cathedral Square, Worcester. Situated in Worcester’s prime retail and leisure pitch, Cathedral Square is 209,000 sq. ft offering an exciting mix of retail, leisure and entertainment.

MCP completed the successful delivery of the project, culminating in the opening of Cosy Club at The Oracle on Minster Street, Reading, in spring 2025. The venue is now occupied by the renowned hospitality brand, celebrated for its distinctive interiors and stylish dining experience.

Appointed by Showland Investments Limited in May 2024, MCP provide full Property Management services for a portfolio of 21 contemporary, high-specification office buildings at Tewkesbury Business Park. Set within mature landscaped grounds, the refurbished buildings range in size from 2,250 sq ft to 10,050 sq ft, with MCP responsible for all day-to-day management functions, including the preparation and administration of the estate service charge.

Appointed by the Combe-End Estate in January 2023, MCP provide Property Management service for this fantastic a 40,000 sq ft farmyard conversion providing modern private office accommodation, co-working, food hall, cafe, retail space, fitness, event space and EV charging.

Appointed by Cheltenham Borough Council in December 2022, MCP provide Property Management services for this multi-tenanted office building located in central Cheltenham.

MCP advised Cheltenham Borough Council on their successful purchase of 232-234 High Street Cheltenham. The property is leased to the sitting tenant, Poundland and was acquired by the Council as short term investment opportunity but forms part of a longer term regeneration plan for the Minster Quarter in Cheltenham.
