Martin Commercial Properties Limited is committed to theprinciples of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental humanrights. It takes various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced andcompulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which have in common, thedeprivation of a person’s liberty by another in order to exploit them forpersonal or commercial gain.

We expect our suppliers to adopt the same highstandards and ask them to confirm their compliance with modern slaverylegislation. Any serious breach would result in the termination of our businessrelationship.

Our staff are encouraged to raise any concerns,without fear of retaliation, through our whistleblowing procedures.
