The Brewery Quarter – Phase II Cheltenham

The Brewery Quarter Phase II Cheltenham

MCP was appointed by NFU Mutual as Development Manager to deliver the £40 million regeneration of 233–269 High Street, Cheltenham, creating Phase II of The Brewery Quarter. The landmark town centre development comprises 70,000 sq. ft. of prime retail space, 40,000 sq. ft. of Grade A offices, a 104-bedroom hotel, and 34 residential apartments.

MCP provided a fully integrated development management service, overseeing the project from initial feasibility and strategic planning through to construction, completion, and tenant occupation. Working closely with the client and professional team, we successfully secured key occupiers including Urban Outfitters, Cosy Club, Premier Inn, and SLG, helping to establish The Brewery Quarter as one of the region's premier mixed-use destinations.

Cathedral Square – Residential Development

MCP has been appointed by NFU Mutual as Development Manager to design, manage, and deliver a £2.5 million residential redevelopment project in Worcester city centre.

The scheme will transform 5,000 sq. ft. of redundant office accommodation into five contemporary apartments, alongside the comprehensive refurbishment of eight existing duplex properties. The redevelopment will repurpose underutilised space to create high-quality, modern city centre homes, enhancing the long-term value and appeal of the asset.

Completion is anticipated in Summer 2027.
